Mantra for self protection
Recite this mantra for 7 days and then tie a knot to your top knot. If one does not support a top knot then knot may be tied to the turban or cloth which a person wears- if the process is adhered to the ghost or fiend having his abide in a person’s body (provided the tormented person is sitting opposide the aspirant ) will leave the person’s body or will not dare enter his body.
